Riot damage kept our maintenance teams busy in Manchester today.

  • 1,000 police incidents,
  • 150 fires,
  • 12 hurt,
  • 113 people arrested

Following Manchester's worst night of violence in a generation.

Around 100 properties were seriously damaged as youths left a trail of devastation through Salford and Manchester and 150 fires were started in the city centre and Salford.

Our reactive maintenance teams have been busy making safe and re-securing properties for various clients including Savills and Spinningfields Management Company & Jones Lang La Salle.

Pictures show repairs carried out at Salford Shopping City today, and call outs to St Anns Square last night.
